Indoor pool, disco, dance cellar and games room
There’s never a dull moment at the Edthof youth hostel in Eben in the Salzburg Pongau region, which is ensured by our large adventure playground, exciting football and table tennis matches, volleyball and basketball games or tennis tournaments for those who love the challenge of chasing tennis balls around the court. At the Edthof you can really enjoy your holiday in the middle of beautiful natural surroundings and far from the noise of cars.
In-house indoor pool
A dip in the cool water is a wonderfully refreshing experience in any season which our guests can enjoy in the hostel's own indoor pool. After an eventful day of winter sports or an exciting bike tour, the 50 m² swimming pool is perfect for enjoying bathing fun with your friends. Here you can dive, swim, do the crawl and much more. The indoor pool is open daily from 9.00am to 9.00pm from mid-December to late August.
Cool disco and dance cellar
The fun starts in our cellar room when it gets dark outside – it turns into a disco and dance floor. We play latest hits from the DJ desk, and the lighting system provides a genuine disco mood. You are welcome to use the large disco and dance room for your group or class by arrangement, which also provides ample space for presentations and group work.
Spacious games room
Enjoy some thrilling matches of table football and table tennis in our games room; the perfect place to battle out some exciting contests or simply chill out with friends and spend some time together.
Dining rooms – restaurants
Strenuous activity all day long will give you an appetite, so you can enjoy some delicious food and varied dishes in our dining rooms. These bright, cosy and comfortable areas are the ideal place to spend some sociable hours.
Light and airy conservatory
Enjoy the special atmosphere in our light and airy conservatory in the main house, which can accommodate up to 80 people. You can also access the sun terrace and the adventure play area directly from the conservatory.
